Responding to the local tundra climate and frequent sandstorms, the design use elevated walls to form protective courtyards, serving as both microclimatic buffers and collective spaces. And Housing units are organized around these courtyards, reinforcing social interaction while ensuring environmental resilience. Four flexible room prototypes of equal size provide adaptability for diverse households, while individual villas and a community center with dining, spa, gym, and bar enrich the living experience. The project thus integrates environmental adaptation with social and spatial diversity, creating a contemporary model of communal living in a challenging landscape.
